Due to the limited production nature, and ID customization of many of our merchandise items, we currently do not offer Returns - all sales are considered final.  In the event you receive a damaged or missing item, please contact sales support at shop@GBGAMESBOND and a customer service professional will get in contact with you.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@GBGAMESBOND for instructions on item exchanges.  We do not accept exchanges of one item for a different item.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
